1. We receive your jewelry and listen to what happened

The process begins when you visit our store and show us the piece.

2. We carefully inspect the piece

After listening to you, one of our representatives examines the jewelry to understand its condition.

We do not look only at the damage that is easy to see. We also check other important details, including the condition of the clasps, soldered areas, stones, and the prongs that hold them in place.

For example, someone may bring in a ring because a stone is moving. During the inspection, we may discover that one or more prongs are worn. Finding this problem early can help prevent the stone from being lost.

3. We prepare the repair order

4. The jewelry goes to our workshop

Many of our repairs are completed in-house at El Centro Jewelry. This means your jewelry remains inside our store during the process.

5. We inspect the work before delivery

How long does a repair take?

Most of our repairs are completed in approximately 5 to 8 business days.

The time may vary depending on the type of repair, the condition of the piece, and the work it needs. When we receive your jewelry, our team will explain the process and share the available information about the expected completion time.

Once the repair is finished, we will contact you so you can pick it up.
